A visit with Rachel and Grammy!

We headed back from SC today and stopped off at Grammy's house to eat lunch and pick up Yoshi! Rachel was at Grammy's and was a doll! Caroline and Ryan just love to be around her! Ryan loves babies! Liz had her dressed so cute! And I had a great time looking at Liz's bows! You did a great job on the bows! Thank you for Caroline's bows, she loves them! Thank you Grammy for a great lunch and for taking such good care of Yoshi!

A trip to Papa's House

We picked up Caroline from Grammy's and then headed down to SC. We went to SC to visit Papa, Nana, Aunt Becky, Uncle Eric, and Sam! Caroline and Ryan love to wake up early with Papa and have coffee with him. They also loved playing outside with Sammy all day on Saturday and Sunday! We all had a good visit and wished we could have stayed longer. Hopefully the next time we head down to SC we can stay longer!

Caroline's Pink Room!

This week has gone by so fast and I cannot believe we will pick up Caroline in the morning from Grammy's! I have been busy painting Caroline's room pink while she was away. I was happy with the color, a very light pink. I know she will be excited to see her pretty room! It was hard work, but worth the effort! Ryan asked all week to paint his room too. So I guess his room will be on my list next. Ahhhh, a mother's job is never done. Hehe

Wednesday

Ryan had a good day today. We went to lunch with a friend that is moving to North Carolina and went to the pool this afternoon. He missed playing with Caroline and I know he is ready to see her! His face lights up when he hears her on the phone. The house is quiet with out her here! We are looking forward to seeing Caroline on Friday!

New Vacuum

We got a new vacuum last week. For some reason Caroline and Ryan were very excited about this new purchase! They played with their new toy and swept the entire basement for me! I hope they continue to think the vacuum is fun fun fun!

Ryan's Day

Ryan is missing Caroline this week! Caroline has gone to Grammy's for VBS and is having a super time! She is so happy on the phone and wants to speak to Ryan every chance she has. Ryan has played all day with his trains and cars. Steve made him two train tracks and he has played and played with both. I know Ryan is wishing Caroline was here to play with him, but only a few more days until we pick her up!

Our First Family Blog

Well we finally have a blog! I hope this will allow our families a chance to see us on a day to day basis and see what Caroline and Ryan are up to. Enjoy the blog and let's hope this is a project that I start and continue!
